ROLE Studio is a Zurich-based design studio specializing in strategic concepts, design solutions, and visual storytelling across art, design, culture, and commerce. Exploring social phenomena, consumption, and non-visual codes, research-driven concepts are translated into visual languages.

Founded by Lea Fischlin, a designer and director with a decade of experience in agencies, publishing, and independent practice, ROLE Studio assembles bespoke teams tailored to each project’s needs—offering strategic guidance, visual strategies, and product development.
